General Description

The series of laser cutting machines is developed by SMAC Intelligent for the actual needs of the sheet metal processing industry. lt is mainly used for ordinary carbon steel , stainless steel , aluminum alloy, copper,plates, etc.The machine bed is welded as a whole, annealed to eliminate internal stress, and after rough machining, vibrating and aging, and then finishing, which greatly improves the rigidity and stability of the machine tool and ensures the accuracy of the machine tool. So that after Long-term operation of the machine, the machine base will not be deformed or cracked
The smoke exhaust design of the machine adopts negative pressure and partitioned design to exhaust smoke. lt can ensure that the laser head will not be affected by the smoke inside the machine cover.

The installation process of the mechanical parts such as the guide rail and the rack is all involved with the laser interferometer, and the installation accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
