High Speed C Type Fin Press Line Manufacture
The series automatic fin press line form Taiwan’s technology of the latest design for fin punching production line.
The fuselage is C-shaped, which occupies a small operation space, and the loading andunloading of stamping die and operation are more convenient. The machine is suitable for punching parts with shallow depth and relatively small size.
The cost is relatively low, suitable for the production of largequantities of low-cost products. And the structureis simple, convenient operation, the system has nonoise, can save the workshopconsumption, reduce theproduction cost.
Equipped with stamping safety device, automatic discharge safety device andother safety devices, which improve the safety of production.
The parameters such as the height, speed, pressure and stamping time of the openpunchcan be adjusted according to different productsand molds, which gives it some flexibility and tunability.
Main Components
Aluminum foil uncoiling mechanism(Photoelectric induction automatic discharge), aluminum foil protective device of oil device, with a new design, low noise, high speed precision press, high speed precision fin die,single and double jump mechanism(optional), a material pulling mechanism, the latest design guide rod type finned stacking device, fertilizet collecting device, the man-machine interface of professional electrical control system.
