Function Introduction：

RR180 TNC is a type of TNC Profile Bending Machine which used for bending big radius tube and profile. The center line radius is normally not less than 10 times pipe diameter or section size of the profile (CLR≥10D). To use different dies can bend round, square, rectangular, L, C, H and special-shaped profile. This machines mainly used in boiler, fitness equipment, furniture, heat exchangers, amusement facilities, automobile industry, aerospace, shipyard, air-conditioning refrigeration, bridge building, construction, advertising and so on fields.

Standard machine Features：

1.Alternative Horizontal or Vertical machine (machine on this picture is Horizontal) as required. 

2.It is used to bend big bending radius profile and pipe. The CLR are normally bigger than 10 times pipe diameter or section size of profile.

3.It can bend carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and so on material, as well with solid bars and tubes.

4.Touch screen and PLC programs to control machine.

5.Three main shafts are driven by hydraulic motor.

6.The three rolls which install dies are all move actively. 

7.Two of the rolls can change the position to bend different bending radius.

8.Adopt hydraulic drive to adjust bending radius, it is powerful and efficient.

9.It is programmable to set 2 lower rolls for adjusting the bending radius synchronously or separately.

10.Standard Machine is equipped with 2 auxiliary rolls, which assists to control the flatness or bend spiral pipe manually.

11.Language on standard machine: Chinese and English.

12.Bending data self-checking function, if there is any error data input, the system will alarm and display the error warning on touch screen.

13.Bending program can be saved in the controller and can be reused at any time.

14.Storage for up to 500 sets of bending data.

15.Working Mode: Manual, Semi-Auto, and Automatic.

16.Standard Machine adopts water cooling system for hydraulic oil.
