3.1 machine body composition of beam slide ,working table, column etc, working table through column and nut to close the frame ,body rigidity and maintain good accuracy, slide move up and down along the column, the column bushing material used HT250 to raise the allowable surface pressure ,reduce friction ,column 45# forging material surface hardness treatment.
3.2 Tonnage for suppressing is realized by a piston cylinder with the cylinder block of 45#forged steel. Surface of the piston rod should be dealt with mid frequency hardening. Its hardness is up to HRC38-42 which has a long service life. Main sealing elements of oil cylinder adopt seal ring of imported material to ensure reliable seal.

4.1 Hydraulic system devices should be arranged on offside of fuselage.
4.2 Hydraulic system should adopt plug-in mounting integrated system with advantages of sensitive motion, reliable work and excellent sealing property, etc.
4.3 Oil hydraulic pump is made up by fuel tank, high-pressure pump, electromotor, and cartridge valve, etc. Fuel tank is welded by steel plate and adopts sealed fuel tank. Its oil absorption and back oil region are divided. Oil tank is equipped with cleanout windows and drain plug, which is easier to clean and change oil. The oil pump inlet port with stopping oil absorption oil filter is to ensure the cleanliness of oil and guarantee the service life of oil pump and valve.
4.4 Hydraulic system with reliable seal is no leakage. It main pipelines adopt flanged joint and are equipped with quakeproof devices(anti-knock pipe clamp).
5.1 It is equipped with independent electric appliance cabinet. In the cabinet, there is loaded with air switch relay, etc. electric appliances.
5.2 For various alarm signals of press, limit switch and press action can realize motion chain.
5.3 It is equipped with centralized control panel, where arrange necessary action button and option switch.
5.4 It is equipped with a mobile active button.
6.1 Press is equipped with two kinds of operating modes of inching and semi-automatic.
6.2 Stroke of sliding block is adjusted by stroke control device.
6.3 Except for achieving press action of button on the operating station, where it has buttons of “suppressing with two hands”, “return stroke”, “scram” etc.
7.1 Set up scram stop. Once press the scram button, the press will stop immediately.
7.2 In the position of upper and down limit should be equipped with limit switch for sliding block.
Power supply: three phase380V(±5%), 50HZ; operating ambient temperature: 0-40℃。
