1. For Grinding wheel and Regulating wheel
1.1.The bearing of grinding wheel spindle is five plates dynamic sliding bearing, with high carrying capacity and rigidity.
1.2.The bearing of regulating wheel spindle is 1:30cones integral sliding bearing with high carrying capacity and precision.
1.3.The feeding system equipped servo motor with high precision planetary gear reducer, feeding through coupling driving ballscrew.
2. Dresser Control
2.1.The grinding wheel dresser droved by servo motor and ball screw, dressing any steps without any gauge finder.
2.2.AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control .
2.3.Hydraulic transmission & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel dresser.
3.Control system
3.1.The machine operated by 10’ touch screen, auto plunge feeding, load, speed, time and steps can be adjusted.
3.2.Equipped Mitsubishi electrical system.
4. Machine body and design
4.1. Iron casting with high rigidity, natural aging.
4.2.Equipped automatic plunge device in the grinder.
